Taylor to be a game-time decision for Redskins

Defensive end Jason Taylor practiced with the Redskins on Tuesday, but his status for Thursday’s season opener against the New York Giants is far from certain. Redskins coach Jim Zorn said Taylor would be a game-time decision, saying it was “easily 50-50″ whether he played against the Giants.
“There will be a limited rotation, and I think some of it will be how he warms up pregame and how it feels pregame,” Zorn said. “It’s mainly an irritation than structural, so it’s not a matter of being tentative with him. If it feels good and he can go, he’ll go”
Zorn said Taylor practiced with a brace, but wasn’t quite full speed during Tuesday’s session.
