Agent: Johnson cut by Bengals

The release of Rudi Johnson reported earlier by NFL Network’s Adam Schefter is also being confirmed by Johnson’s agent, Peter Schaffer. Commenting on the release of Johnson, he told Bengals.com, “That’s what we’ve been told.” The release of Johnson leaves the Bengals with starter Chris Perry, Kenny Watson, DeDe Dorsey and rookie James Johnson at running back.
